The science of PAI

The PAI algorithm was been derived from one of the most comprehensive health studies ever performed (the HUNT Study.) It  has been further validated in a study with a large US population, as well as several studies published in medical journals including The American Journal of Medicine and Mayo Clinic Proceedings.

Maintaining 100 PAI or more has been associated with reduced mortality risk from CVD and other lifestyle diseases. PAI is validated in studies published in medical journals including the American Journal of Medicine and Mayo Clinic Proceedings.
