Learn how to earn more PAI

Sometimes it can be hard to find the motivation or inspiration to exercise — perhaps you're tired of doing the same old routine, or feel some traditional exercises can be quite intimidating. To help you get around this, we've designed the 'Earn More PAI' feature, which you can access right from the home screen.

Scroll down on the home screen to the 'Earn More PAI' section to see activity tips in the Low, Moderate, and High intensity zones. The PAI Earned estimates are customized to you — your resting heart rate, max heart rate, sex, and current PAI Score. That means if your PAI Score changes, the activity tips will too, giving you plenty of ideas and inspiration for your next activity.

We hope the PAI Earned section can help you to see which types of physical activity will earn them the most PAI, and therefore have the biggest impact on your cardiovascular health.
